Cancellations or Missed Appointments
If for some reason you are unable to make your confirmed appointment, a minimum 24 hours advance notice is mandatory. Missed appointments with no 24 hour notification are considered forfeit. In the unusual event that Robin is unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you will be rebooked as soon as possible. Refunds
Once a payment is processed (for sessions, courses, or recordings) it is not refundable. All payments for sessions must be processed prior to scheduling an appointment. By clicking the box before submitting payment you understand and agree that all payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
